CEO & Founder
Mohamed Mansour is a transformational IT Executive with nearly three decades of technology experience, bringing C-suite credibility and strategic leadership to Inventem. His career is distinguished by his service as a CIO, CISO, and Program Director for global industry giants such as Shell and Rio Tinto.

Mohamed’s track record is defined by his ability to navigate high-stakes environments. He has successfully directed programs valued at over $200 million and led global teams of more than 100 professionals. His expertise in architecting major capital projects includes a greenfield technology build for Africa’s largest mine and the complex digitalization and cloud transformations at Basrah Gas Company, the world's largest CO2-emission-reduction project.

Beyond strategic vision, Mohamed possesses deep technical and governance authority. He holds the PMP and CISSP certifications and is proficient in critical frameworks such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443, ensuring innovation does not compromise security or compliance.

His professional journey has been truly global. Mohamed has lived and worked on the ground in Egypt, Gabon, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, and Guinea. This operational frontline experience in challenging and remote environments has instilled in him a unique resilience and a practical understanding of cross-cultural leadership.

"Throughout my career, I observed a consistent challenge in the market. Large industrial organizations often struggle to innovate at the speed of a startup, while growth-stage companies frequently lack the enterprise-grade discipline to scale effectively. For nearly 30 years, I have built my career bridging this critical gap.
My approach is not theoretical; it is born from experience. As an executive at Shell and Rio Tinto, I was entrusted with immense scale and complex governance. But as a founder, I have also lived the realities of building a business from the ground up, applying Lean Startup principles and pioneering Agri-tech innovations.
I believe capital-intensive industries need more than technology; they need resilient strategies that are both innovative and well executed. My experience working on the operational front lines, often in challenging environments, has taught me that technology solutions must deliver value where it matters most.
